If you purchase the 60 mins or 90mins, you are free to choose the weather and airport. What’’s better, in the 90mins, you will experience accidents such as crashing into other planes; engine broken and etc.
 

Our 90 mins ticket, which is the most popular one, offers customers the opportunities to “experience” some emergencies or abnormal situations during the flight. The 90 minute flight is our most popular package. You’ll experience the full joy of flying. As real pilots you might be challenged in a City-to-City sector. You have to fly in Brasil from Sao Paulo to Rio de Janeiro and then from Rio to Brasilia, will you be on time? Moreover, the package challenge you with a series of uncommon events and emergencies that even real pilots will not often encounter: what if the engine gets broken? How would you cope with bad weather? What if there is a fire on the plane? You never know what you will face.
 

Of course, this will be a wonderful gift for your family and friends. If you purchase online, there will be a section in which you can write down the name of the person you want to send the ticket to and the mailing address. You can choose to: mail the ticket to the person; mail it in a gift package or mail it in a gift package with a nice card. If you purchase by other method, please tell our staff the name you want printed on the ticket and the mailing address. We offer other items as gift as well such as chocolate, flowers, model planes, cakes and etc. We also rent pilot and cabin crew costume, so you can fly really like a captain. These items will be delivered on the day of experience when the person comes to the shop.
 

A Flight Experience voucher, in the form of an airline boarding pass, is created. This can be picked up from the store or mailed to you, or your nominated recipient. The voucher confirms the flight package which has been purchased, but does not include a confirmed date and time for the flight. You can book a date and time for your flight either at the time of purchase or at any later date before the voucher expires. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
 

It depends on how you purchase. If you purchase by phone or at a Flight Experience store, you can confirm a booking date at the same time with out Front Desk staff.. If you purchase online, you will receive an electronic ticket and after that a real ticket voucher. Our Front Desk staff will call you to follow up the online purchase. You can decide at that time if you want to book a date and time right away or to wait for the physical ticket to arrive at your (or your nominated recipient) and then book a date and time for the flight by phone, email, or at a Flight Experience store.
 

Vouchers are processed daily with SpeedPost mail, or can either be picked up from the store. If the ticket is sent by mail, then allow 2 to 3 days for delivery.
 

Yes, you (or your nominated recipient) can upgrade by paying the difference between the value of the voucher and the price of the longer flight – provided this is done when booking a confirmed date and time for the flight.
 

Yes. If you didn’t purchase the photos and/or DVD online, you (or your nominated recipient) can still arrange and buy it on the day of the flight.

Of course you can bring your camera and take pictures. And if you want a nice picture as souvenir with our specially designed cover, you can get it when you order online or later at the shop.
 

For all family fun and family games, you can choose to: 1) Purchase the game online through our online payment system, the system will generate a electronic ticket with a ticket number, then you can choose to call the shop at 2359 0000; email our staff at bookings@flightexperience.com.hk or come to the shop to book the time you want; 2) Purchase at the shop: you can also buy the family fun and family games package at the shop and book the time immediately over there.
 

You can dress any comfortable clothes you have. For ladies, it will be better if you don’t wear high heel shoes.
 

Up to 4 people can enter the simulator at a time. In some games, only one person can fly in the simulator, in other cases, participants will take turns to fly in the captain seat or work together to accomplish one mission.

All our instructors are commercial rated pilots with at least CPL/ATP license and minimum of 400 hours of flight and with an Instructor Rating License. Most of them currently work in an Airline in HK, and all of them have extensive experience in teaching how to fly.
 

They come from Mainland china, Hong Kong or Taiwan. We are confident that our pilots speak very good English and it is the language they use for work.
