Example of an Birthday Party rundown 16 Pax
All participants will take turns to go into the simulator and experience a “flight” in the captain seat. It usually takes 20 minutes for each participant for a complete takeoff and landing; with 30mins, you can do a short flight or several takeoff and landing. For example, you choose Kai Tak airport and London Heathrow International Airport. With 60mins, you can do a complete flight to several locations.During these flight, we can choose different time of the day, for example, you want sun rise in Tokyo International Airport, or sun set in Estacion del TGV; you can choose different weather, like rainy, windy, sunny and etc. You can choose (only more than 30mins) to have some emergencies like fire on board, crash on runway and etc.
Outside the simulator, other participants will be listening to fun talks like the most famous emergencies in human history; things you don’t know about pilot career; one day as a pilot and etc. We also provide drinks, snacks and buffet with additional fee.
For those who want a longer and more interactive activity, we provide role play games in which you work together to solve a real flight emergency. For example, the plane got on fire, now what? You as captain are to solve the situation with your “cabin crew” and “second officer” and ATC. Want to have a try?
The event is charged by hour. The minimum hour needed for any event is 2 hours and the maximum can be a whole day.
