Week Day Fare Rules
- Fare valid for bookings during the weekdays (Weekends and Public Holidays excluded) till 8:00pm.
- The flight should end before or at 8:00pm. For example last booking time for a 30min flight is 7:30pm, or 6:30pm for a 90 minutes long flight.
- Rebooking is allowed till 96 hours prior the booked flight.
- No rebooking allowed between 96 hours before the flight and the flight time.
- Cancellation is not allowed. Sold tickets are not refundable.
- Sold tickets are valid for 6 months from the issuing date.
- Lost tickets can be replaced when reported to Flight Experience and provided that the lost ticket has not been used for a flight. Replacement requires HKD80 processing fee.
- Tickets are “Bearer Tickets” unless requested differently during the ordering and issuing process. Bearer Tickets can be re-issued to be “Named Tickets” with HKD80 processing fee.
- Late arrival for the flight will be considered as a no-show.
- No shows are not refundable.
- The fare is upgradable to the Freedom Fare upon payment of the fare difference. A HKD80 processing fee will be applied for Fare Upgrades.
- Fare allows waiting list.
- Fare allows upgrade of category. For example a Category A flight upgraded to a Category C. Upgrade of category is allowed upon payment of fare difference. HKD80 processing fee is applied for Category Upgrade.
- Ticket time should be used by one person only. Each ticket holder can bring 2 other people in the cockpit but cannot share the flying time, unless allowed by Flight Experience
- Fare allows flying with lower category package. For example a Flight Ticket for a Category C flight can be used to fly a Category B Flight. No Refund of the difference is allowed.
- Fare valid for booking at any time during the opening hour of the shop.
- Rebooking is allowed till 48 hours prior the booked flight at no cost.
- Rebooking is allowed between 48 hours and 6 hours before the flight with a 25% penalty fee.
- No rebooking allowed between 6 hours before the flight and the flight time.
- Cancellation is not allowed. Sold tickets are not refundable.
- Sold tickets are valid for 6 months from the issuing date.

Special Flights Fare Rules
Group Fare Rules
Tickets are sold in conjunction with a Group Event or a Corporate Event or a Private Function therefore the Event Proposal document is to be considered as integral part of Fare Rules, Terms and condition for the usage of this ticket. Fare Rules and Usage Rules in the Event Proposal Document are the only to be considered valid for the usage of the tickets.
In any case :
- Corporate Events should be booked in advance. The Fare and the ticket are valid only in conjunction with the corporate event and should be considered as Group Tickets not usable as a single ticket.
- Rebooking and rescheduling of a corporate event or private function is possible till 7 days in advance or with the terms indicated in the Event Proposal Document.
- Cancellation is not allowed. Sold tickets are not refunded.
- Tickets are valid only for the day of the event specified on the ticket or in the Event Proposal Document.
- Lost Tickets can be replaced when reported to Flight Experience and provided that the lost ticket has not been used for a flight
- Fare Rules are the same of the fare printed on the ticket with some limitation of use.
- Tickets are not to be sold/re-sold by the original winner. In case the ticket has been sold/re-sold or Flight Experience has a reasonable doubt that the ticket has been sold/re-sold by the original winner, then Flight Experience reserves the right to refuse booking and flight and to void the ticket at no cost for Flight Experience.
- Tickets are Bearer Tickets. Re-issuing and re-printing for lost ticket is not possible.
- Validity of the tickets cannot be extended.
- Upgrades to higher category is possible paying the difference. The basic fare is to be considered the rack fare value for the category/fare class indicated on the ticket.

These Fare Rules apply to single bookings of more than 2 hours per day, or multiple bookings made by the same person for more than 5 hours per week or 10 hours per month. Rules also apply to any special deal package bought with a discount larger than 30% on the rack rate, or any special deal package with more than 10 hours of flight.
- Full pre-paid amount is requested prior the booking of the flights
- Tickets are not refundable
- Once booking is confirmed, re-booking is allowed up to 7 days in advance
- Re-booking of the flights between 7 days and 4 days can be done with a penalty of 25% on all the re-booked flights
- Re-booking of the flights between 4 days and 2 days can be done with a penalty of 40% on all the re-booked flights
- Re-booking with less than 2 days notice is not allowed and 100% penalty will be charged
- Tickets are valid only for the person that is indicated on the ticket, cannot be re-sold or transferred to another name
- Payment of the tickets should be done at least 7 days before the first booking
- Media Flights and Media Inauguration Flights are free ticket offered by Flight Experience at its sole discretion to media personnel.
- Media inauguration and Media flight follows weekdays fare rules with some limitation for the use.
- Media Flights cannot be transferred/sold to anyone else than a Journalist or Media Personnel working for a Newspaper/Magazine or TV as reporter/presenter or journalist.
- Considering that Media Flights and Media Inauguration Flights are promotional tickets issued at no cost/price, Flight Experience reserves the right to refuse booking and flight at its sole discretion to anyone bearing a Media Flights or Media Inauguration Flight Tickets. Flight Experience shall not be considered liable for any consequences derived from its right to refuse booking and flight to anyone bearing a Medai flight or Media Inauguration Flight Tickets.
- Flight Experience reserves the right to limit the use of Media Flight Tickets and the booking time to low season/off peak time and hours.
- Flight Experience reserves the right to limit the use of photographic equipment, cameras and any other recording device and to limit the use of the images/recording taken during the utilization of the Simulators for a Media Flight. The authorization to publish the images/recordings does not imply any explicit or implicit release of copyright and images right.
- Flight Experience reserves the right to limit the number of people allowed in the Simulator cabin at any time during the Media or Media Inauguration Flight.
- Flight Experience at its sole discretion will decide Routing, Flight Package and type of experience and usage limits of a Media Flight ticket.
