Flight Experience has launched in June 2009 a new school support program, with the intention of bringing professional airline and commercial pilots more in contact with the school. This program is completely free of charge and allows schools of any kind to invite one of our pilots to give speeches and lessons to the students.

Depending on the objective of the school, our pilots can approach the following themes:

• Airline Pilot Career: Requirements, benefits, real life situations, how to start
• Aviation in general: History, Principles of flight, the science behind airplanes, airlines, planes and other flying objects, curiosities about aviation
• Aviation Safety: Real life stories, how pilots are trained, how the airlines and pilots ensure safety, procedures and checklists, skills and mindset of a pilot
• Airports: How they work, roles and people that work in a airport, importance of the airport industry
• Navigation: Science behind navigation, principles of navigation, how pilots find their way, highways in the sky

After the speech the pilot is usually available for a session of Q&A.

Pilots speeches and meetings can be arranged with the co-operation of the school management and teachers. Please allow some advance booking of our pilots.

Students attending the speech will receive also a discount coupon to try out our simulators at a special rate.
